Romans 2:12-29 There is no special status that you can bring to God’s courtroom to earn a pardon from Him. It’s not being religious or mostly obedient, or claiming you just didn’t know. Everyone is guilty because everyone has sinned. What will matter on Judgment Day is whether or not you believed the gospel (2:16), meaning, you’ve had a true change of “heart” (2:29).
