Luke 2:8-14
The birth of the Son of God on earth had universal significance, and it was announced by angels with glory and praise; but it was not announced to the whole world at once. God instead chose to have Jesus born in a stable, cradled by a food trough, and announced to working-class shepherds.
God delights to be glorified through the least likely of means.
