God is the Source of our ministry call. It doesn’t matter our gifts, or abilities, or background, or how many people know about us, the same God is the One who calls us all.
Charles Spurgeon was the minister at the Metropolitan Tabernacle (a church of 10,000 people) in London for many years. He preached up to ten times a week in different places. Spurgeon’s grandfather James was a preacher, and was preaching one morning when Charles arrived at the chapel a little late. James stopped his sermon and said, “Here comes my grandson. He can preach the gospel better than I can, but you cannot preach a better gospel, can you, Charles?”
