Ephesians 4:7-12
for building up the body of Christ– When pastors are leading and teaching the Word, and members are exercising their gifts to serve, the church will be growing stronger, and even larger.
The church is like a mosaic. All these different little pieces arranged together to make a beautiful picture. When you step back, all the little pieces form a picture of Christ. We are His body on earth.
We all have different gifts. We all have the same Lord. And we all have jobs to do: as we serve with the gifts the Lord has given us, the church is built, and we bring glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
