Ephesians 3:1-6
Remember that in the Bible, a “mystery” is something they didn’t understand [hidden] in the past, but now has been made clear.
For this reason— That God is building the church, saved and baptized Christians, as a world-wide temple for His glory. A temple not just of Jewish believers, but of people from every nation: made right with God and made right with each other by the blood of Christ.
through the gospel– God has created us. We have sinned against Him. Jesus is the Son of God, who died and rose again to forgive our sins. We must put our trust in Him.
This is the good news! And it was not just intended for the people of Israel, though they are special in God’s sight, the gospel is meant for everyone. God’s plan is to save all who trust in Christ’s death and resurrection, uniting us from all over the world to the glory of His grace.
